Lets understand this by comparing the structures.
argument:
if Bee --> sting only once
sting once -----> hence Bee
structure: if A---> then B
since B---> hence A
options:
a) if spring ---> I cannot stop sneezing
i sneezed ---> hence spring
structure: if A---> then B
since B---> hence A
b) if sky clear ---> pressure high
sky clearing ---> hence pressure will be high
structure: if A---> then B
if A---> then B
c) if old and brittle ----> moved with care
never moved with extreme care ---> hence not old and brittle
structure: if A---> then B
since not B---> hence not A
d) if one more th-st ---> roof ruin
roof not ruined ---> hence no th-st
structure: if A---> then B
since not B---> hence not A
e) if survive in wild ---> stamina like Mark's
Mark's fear prevents his survival
absolutely different structure
-> Only A has the same structure as the argument, hence it should be the answer.
