A general question like this is hard to answer without knowing the specific breakdown of your strengths and weaknesses as well as your test taking habits. Are you running out of time on either section, or do you have some reason to think that timing is what's bringing your score down? What does your timing look like for each section, and what sorts of questions are you spending the most time on? Generally timing issues come down to a few things, including (but not limited to) 1) content 2) needing to know when to cut your losses and move on from a question 3) a specific question type or two or 4) agonizing over what to pick when you're pretty sure of the answer.
My biggest advice on generally improving is that while it is possible to increase your quant score to a 51, if you want to improve your score to the 750 level, you need to "even out" your score by bringing your Verbal skills up to a high level - and that's all going to be about taking a good look at your latest practice tests and your ESR and identifying your weakest areas in verbal and attacking them systematically rather than doing general verbal timing practice. Are you across the board getting the same difficulty of questions right and wrong for each question type and topic, or are there some that you're stronger on than others?
