Now I am in a major fix in deciding who to choose as my references.
- I have had no supervisor since 2007
- My clients are students (who are studying to learn English)
So far I was thinking of getting one recommendation letter from my business partner. However, can not decide on whom to get the other two from.
I have some agents who are working with me - but they are based internationally - Ukraine / Saudi Arabia etc.
- now not very keen on letting them know that I am applying for an MBA
- also, they won't be able to write in English as English is their second language.
Please suggest on what I can do? I am also vert short on time!!
Also, what are my chances to get into a one of these schools.
Many thanks.
You are competitive at your target programs and are applying appropriately, but there are not safeties there.
Regarding the letters of recommendation, your partner is a good idea. You may also want to ask your accountant or attorney, if either of those professionals have worked closely with you. Important suppliers or investors could also be good recommenders. You might be interested in

BTW, lack of English should not stop an otherwise enthusiastic, knowledgeable recommender from writing your recommendation. Just get a certified translator to translate the letter.
