I literally gave you the answer to your question. You asked what was wrong with E. I told you that according to the rules of this test that you've apparently been studying for for ages, there doesn't HAVE TO BE anything wrong with E. The rules are that sometimes one answer is simply better than the others for reasons of concision and clarity. You can choose to be "unsatisfied" with that as an answer, but it is the only answer that any human being on the planet can give you, including the testmakers themselves. I don't know why you don't know this or why you are rejecting this as an explanation. It is in the rules. It is the basic foundation of how sentence correction works.
Let me give you a few last tips for free: the explanation "I just want to share my honest opinion" doesn't excuse you from rudeness. You can't say something rude and then write it off as your opinion. I have a lot of opinions that I am not sharing because it would be rude to do so. Also: It's "whether." Not weather. Weather is rain and snow and sun.
