Yes, please do tell. Deferral may be a possibility for me because my resignation paperwork takes around 6 months to process if everything goes smoothly. I can't just leave either, or I'll be charged with a felony for desertion haha. How about that for a life experience?

The deferral was for professional reasons. I work in consulting and client requested that I stay of a project for longer to see the transformation through. My consulting firm wrote a teller to INSEAD to substantiate my request and from the time of the letter the entire decision process (Admissions' committee needs to review each request) took a week. I also needed to pay additional fee to accept my place in the deferred intake. All done now.

So obviously just as everyone else I'm eagerly waiting for the call. In the meantime I went into the September 2014 Intake thread to look at the responses from a year ago... Here's how it went down: - Deadline was 20th of December - First calls were placed around 9am (Pacific Time) on the 18th of December - Progressed by time zones starting with Americas, Africa / Europe, Asia - They were actually calling, not entirely sure if e-mails were sent too; calls come from a +33 number (France) If this pattern is to repeat itself then we're looking at November 26th/27th (Wednesday/Thursday) around 9am - 1pm your local time zone to receive the call. Should be Wednesday for Americas and Thursday for Europe / Asia. Now, let's remember that extrapolation may be a poor forecasting tool and it's quite probable they'll plain and simply call on Friday
