nothing here in northern europe... based on R1 activity, my coordinator made phone calls as late as 6pm (Gmt+1) starting 3 days before the deadline. so today still holds some hope...

I'm not an expert but with 680 on your GMAT, I would really wait till next Sept. You don't want to get dinged and then figure out what went wrong. Just a friendly advice. To get in R3, you application has to be air-tight!
