Hey all, a question for the R1 guys...

What material did you carry with you for the interviews? I have read at some places of people carrying a print of the profile information on their form AND carry their CV as well. Is a separate CV to be carried?

I took a copy of the interview form that I sent them, but no CV. They will ask you anyway about your career up to now, if it helps to tell your story you might as well bring your CV.

I carried my CV with me even though the invitation email only mentioned to take the profile. One of the interviewers asked to see the CV and the other did not. I think it's safer to take a copy of the CV with you (and be prepared to walk the interviewer through it).
