This information is helpful. Do you also know the total class Size and how many of the offered are still holding on to their offers?

Floydwarshall

Floydwarshall,

I tried to search on MBA connect but I found that it is hard to give you clear answer. The number of Class of 11D is 518 and that of Class of 11J is 555, but I assume these maybe include exchange students from Wharton and Kellogg. Adcoms usually tell us that the total class size is approximately 500 in their information session.

There is no criteria to pick up the offered who are still holding on to their offers, neither.

I hope this helps.

@addictive: how are you coping with this situation, I know only you as the other Indian. Are there anymore Indians on board?

Hi MBAdreamchaser, sorry for the late reply (i've not been active on the forum lately), but i'm now just waiting to see the official reject email.... zero hopes absolutely. even if offered a seat, i'm likely to decline as not getting enough confidence to leave a good job and take the risks/costs of an MBA at this stage ........ i'm from Finance background and want to get back to Finance, but job markets are very bad right now, and i have my own doubts about getting a plush job in this scenario

Hi all,

I have been in the wait list for months now.

This morning, I missed 2 calls from my admissions coordinator.
She also left me a voice message. In her message, she said that she wanted to speak to me about my wait list status.

I called back and send an email but it was couple of hours later.

I dont want to put my hopes up.
Lots of experienced fellows here.

Now I think about it, if I were admitted, she would have simply said it in her message. Or she would have sent me an email.
I guess its something else...

I am in!!!

I kept seeing nightmares about it all night.
I usually sleep until 9-10, I was up at 6 this morning :)

Now, I have some concerns and I will sincerely appreciate your helps and suggestions.

I was already admitted to HEC and accepted their offer a while ago. I paid the first installment of the tuition (6000 Euros) months ago; my second deposit was due July but the school extended it to September (I was going to pay this part with FAFSA loans and they are not released until September). How can I explain HEC that I will not be attending to the program this fall? Is there anyway for HEC to refund me that 6000 Euros non-refundable first installment?
I can make the INSEAD deposit payment of 10000 Euros but I will need loans for the rest of it. Can I still apply for FAFSA loans?

Please advise!
