hi guys, just a question, why does Insead interview applicants twice??? one time is not enough or what?

If I were running a business school, I'd do two interviews. One with an alumni with a similar background/work-ex, and the second interview with someone completely unrelated. Gives two different perspectives, and given INSEAD's diverse alumni base, they can certainly afford to do that.
