(2) X/Z = 3/7....... X, Z can assume any value in the ratio of 3/7 i.e 3,7 ; 6,14 ; 9,21....etc............ NOT SUFFICIENT
(1) +(2) : X:Y:Z =12:15:28 Hence minimum value of X is 12 and 25% of 12 is 3>2............ Thus Sufficient............Ans C
