SkillUnit - it really depends on how conversational the interviewer is, and if they're a student, alum or AdCom.

Generally, it'd be good to keep your questions specific to the B-school e.g. their experience, career transition, school-specific resources (clubs, treks, etc.).

However, if there's good common ground or the interviewer is friendly/ conversational, it'd be good to ask them questions about their experiences/ challenges, as long as you keep it professional and respectful. If you show genuine interest in a person and their journey, it comes through.

I was wondering if it's good at the end of my interview, one top of a few other questions, to ask about the interviewers regarding their personal life experience and the biggest challenge they've faced in their carrier leading up to this?

I'm asking that question because I want to learn from others experiences and want to show genuine curiosity and proactiveness to learn. However, I'm not sure if this is "too personal" or deemed a bad question to ask, and would hurt my chances for the MBA program.

My interview is by two admissions committee members and has no alumni.

Any suggestions or feedback would be greatly appreciated, thank you! :)
