Hello
DevashishmishraWhile the 'stats' of your profile look decent, admissions are not a check-list. Consider the following-
1) With ~12 yrs ex, you will be an outlier at ISB. Not a deal breaker, but make sure you showcase more maturity through career progress, achievements at work and why the need of an MBA now. At IIMs your years of work ex may not be a concern as such.
2) No mention of extracurricular activities- these help you stand out from other applicants and help you show how you will be a great addition to the B School. You may want to read
here to know all the qualitative factors that need to be addressed in your written application.
3) What are your career goals my friend? This is the most vital piece of the admission puzzle. You will need to build a narrative that is realistic, organic and fits the profile of the b school. Add to your research by reading
here.
A profile is not just a few numbers around GMAT, CGPA and years of work ex. The above is more important in the assessment of your profile as well as application.
