Hello,
Your profile looks pretty competitive for ISB and other Indian b-schools. The work experience is substantial and spread across varied projects, which should help you build a strong resume. Remember to add quantified achievements to your resume, highlighting what revenue, time, cost-efficiency, scale, or business outcomes you helped your clients achieve.
Other than helping you create a stronger resume, this focus on quantified achievements will also help you show a business mindset and a clear understanding of the business value of your work. This will be important for someone coming from a non-quant or non-business academic background. I also assume your role may not be very directly focused on business metrics, so bringing out measurable impact wherever possible will help.
In your extracurriculars, the NGO teaching work connects well with your learning and education-related experience. Are you still volunteering as that would show continued commitment.
The post-MBA goal is believable because it builds on your existing experience in learning consulting. However, what you propose as a career goal should require an MBA and not be a position 1-2 levels above your current one that you could easily reach by putting in a few more years of work. The best career goals are realistic, but also ambitious and show that you desire to make a larger and sustainable impact through your career.
Aim for a 675+ GMAT score so that it helps support your academic arc and makes the overall profile much more competitive.
