Apart from this, touch upon the depth of your work experience as opposed to just years and role. Describe your career progress, achievements at work, impact and contribution in extracurricular activities. You may want to read

Lastly, the most vital part of the admissions puzzle is clear career goals and the need for an MBA. You may want to read
here to add to your research. Just like qualitative info around work ex and extracurricular, this info is also missing from your post. In absence of qualitative info I would recommend a retake on GMAT.
