Would be really grateful if someone could evaluate my profile-
10th Standard (2009)- 88%
12th Standard (2011)- 88%
BA Hons English (2011-2014)- Delhi University, BA Hons English- 64.5% (1s division)
MA English, Faculty of Arts, Delhi University- 61% (1st Division)
Work Experience- August 2016-August 2018: Account Ananlyst and then Account Strategist at Yahoo.
August 2018-Present: Working at an established travel startup, heading Branding, Content and Communications.
Extra Curricular- Musician, Co-owned a record label. Otherwise not much else.
GMAT Score- Not yet written, Practice test score approximately 700, planning to hit at least 720+ by June.

You have a good profile that hits all the right spots from a diversity perspective. Yahoo is a good brand to have you on your resume. The marketing stint at startup also adds value to your profile.
A 710+ GMAT score will keep you safe. Once your GMAT is done, our advice would be to focus on your essays. Take time writing these, because the weight of your application would be borne by your essays. Make sure you are able to build a good story articulating why MBA and linking it to your current achievements.
All in all, you definitely have a good shot at ISB. Well-articulated essays that highlight your strength and diversity will take you over the finishing line.

Hi youngun
- Your academics are quite decent. The ~64% and ~61% in college is understandable in an English Honors program (is good performance there). If you can top this up even with a 700 GMAT, you should be in wish a good chance.
- ECA is not a cause for concern. You would have enough to talk about with respect to co-owning the label and what you did around that. Working in a travel startup by itself would give you plenty of stories, on product, digital, and media. Would make for very interesting essays from a diversity point of view.
- The key point for you will be - what are the goals you are looking at? You should be a good fit with Marketing/Brand Management roles, but that is just our opinion.
