I've added the details of my profile as briefly as I could. My shortlist of colleges is given at the bottom of the comment. Thanks for sharing your profile. The short answer to your question at the end- YES!
Let me address each of the components,
Academics & Certifications
In line with your current role and they provide a solid base for your short-term goals. The undergrad score is good.
Work-ex
While it is a standard Equity Research role, working in a relatively smaller firm (vs likes of FF or banks) gives you an opportunity to demonstrate a lot of stuff you could've done beyond your call of duty to take the firm forward. The valuation exposure would aid you in your ST goal of IB. While ER and IB have a Chinese wall in general, a number of people make this transition post MBA.
Extra-curricular
I am particularly impressed with the start-ups you did during college and it shows your ability + nature to "hustle" outside your core role. The YLP from IIMB also gives you an advantage wrt other applicants due to the exposure you've had with a top-tier B-school.
GRE No issues here and it is very competitive and higher than the average of most schools you'll target.
Goals
One of the factors which ISB has in their evaluation is goals and as alums, we grill the candidates on both the knowledge and their viability in the interviews. Hence, be sure to not only cover the 'why and how' but also plan B to achieve your LT goal in case IB doesn't work out. While ISB has picked up in terms of core IB placements in recent years, the path is still very competitive. Hence, I would advise you to also think about pursuing CFA in parallel as it would yield a better return in the future considering the goals you're aiming for.
Outside the US, you can target schools such as Rotman in Canada, LBS in the UK, and NUS in Singapore as per your goals. Starting with stats, your undergrad GPA is on the lower side. However, your GMAT score compensates for it. You have an excellent GMAT score. You’ve already had international work experiences on the work front, which is essential to demonstrate a global perspective to adcoms. You must bring examples of leadership and impact. I would like to know some major aspects of your work profile to find USPs! We have a hundred percent conversion rate for people from oil&gas to top notch business schools. You may want to read one of the successful essays to INSEAD. It will help you give a good idea about your chances and will instil “right” confidence in you

Regarding your ECs, you have some volunteer experience. I would recommend including something that reveals information about your personality. ECs aren't about doing something big, they're about your passions and interests and what you like doing outside of work. So, strive to dig further and find answers that can show your diverse personality. You have saved the life of your Ex boss, and this really shows how maturely you must have handled the situation and saved one life. Business schools want to see your desire to contribute to society, and emphasizing it will help you demonstrate a collaborative, mature leader within you.

Work Exp - 42 months (29months international in Africa and Saudi arabia) as a Procurement Engineer
GMAT - 770 , IELTS - 7.5
Under Grad - 6.93/10 (Topper had I guess - 8.5) nagpur uni (year 2016)
10th - 91 % ; 12th - 68%
Extra Curricular - volunteer exp full time - 7 months
LORs - 2 (one from HOD/GM and other one from ex colleague)
Skill sets aquired - SAP MM , soon Will enrole for six sigma
Currently working on SAP integration projects

So what are my chances for Good MBA colleges(top 20)
Yale , MIT , Duke , HEC , Insead , cornell , Hass, Columbia? Etc...)
Do suggest some other options as well
Point to consider -
Work exp is into oil and gas and EPC sector , not typical indian IT guy
