I think so. At least the admissions committee says they don't prefer one over the other. MananS4G What do you think?

Yes, you can take the test that you prefer. You may even have a bit of an advantage in choosing the GRE over the GMAT, as the GRE average at ISB is somewhat lower than the GMAT average when converted to GRE scores.

Is a GRE score of 322 enough for ISB YLP?

Will I get an admit to ISB YLP with a GRE Score of 322

May or may not be. No one knows for sure. Depends on many other factors as well.
Though the average GRE at ISB is closer to 327.

That's correct. There is no bias for or against a particular test. As long as you are above the average in general, you should be good. Also, don't convert GMAT scores to GRE or vice-versa to take your decision. Go with the test you're more comfortable with.

I see a lot of questions on the Evaluator part of the application... So let me address those here quickly.

Deadline for evaluations - same as your Stage 2 Deadline - so 31st Aug

How to submit evaluations?
- You fill out your evaluator’s details, including email, in the application form
- Evaluator receives a link to submit evaluation form
- Form consists of few objective questions (ratings), and 2-3 short essay questions.

Who to select as evaluator?
- Profesisonals - Anyone you have worked with during internships or part-time jobs, someone who has supervised your work
- Academics - Any professors you really like and are sure would vouch for you.
- Professors (non-academic or extra-curricular based) - any prof who has seen you work in your college’s societies, clubs...

All these are your options - go for the one who you believe will be your strongest proponent. There is no effect of their positions, so assistant prof, or prof, both as same. Similarly, if you reported to an assistant manager during your internship, go to him instead of the department head...

In most YLP or even EEO cases, no. Think in this manner..ISB’s average is 326-327 and you are getting a confirmed seat ~2 years in advance so you’ve got to beat this number OR have something else which is stellar enough to stand out among the rest of your cohort.

Not really. But quite close to them. The "theme" is the same.
