Reasoning is A attacks the premise we already knows they are getting killed that’s means they are present in that area
Hi @ppradhan23, Can you explain this a little? Like why do we need to find an alternative cause.
Suppose if I negate A, most areas were winds are optimal for propelling turbines aren’t prime areas, then there will be marginal population decline. Hence shouldn’t A be a must be true condition.

Reason why A is wrong isn’t that it’s attacking the premise. It’s wrong because those areas don’t necessarily have to be "prime areas" for raptor habitat.
Even if they are sub prime, then also wind turbines can be detrimental to the population.
