a) Try and really read the passage thoroughly, even if you do not gauge the entire meaning, try and get an idea of what the passage is trying to tell you. This includes the conclusion and the author’s opinion.
b) When it comes to inference questions what helps is to look for what the question is asking you and redirect yourself to the exact part of the passage that might have the answer.
For example - if the question says What would the author most likely agree with?
You would then redirect yourself to the part of the passage where the author might have stated a personal
opinion or reached a conclusion.
Usually with inference questions, the answer is given verbatim in the passage. You just have to know where to look based on the question.
I hope this helps, in case you have any specific doubts I’d be more than happy to help
If true questions are just CR, so the more you do weaken and strengthen these will seem a lot easier on RC
