If you look at the sentence, the first part is a generalisation about beaches and people. The second part is a real world application of the same generalisation....as in, there is a continuity........Now option A is framed such that a specific instance is given and then a generalisation is given, so it isn’t framed the same way. Also, the relationship evidence is not universal but about just 1 drinking place.......Options B,C and E are extrapolating the negation of the generalisation, something like if X happens then Y happens, so if X does not happen then Y happening is unlikely -> This isn’t how the parent question is framed......Option D is framed like option A but unlike option A, we have a universal generalisation (more "flea attacks in summer" = "thriving fleas in summer" seems better than "same drinking place = same time thirsty").......I hope one one sees questions like these on the real test!
