Hi,
I am trying to submit my application but having the below issues
1) I applied the App Fee waiver code. Still prompted to select a payment option
2) One of my recommenders has not received the notification for referral, eventhough I have clicked on the resend button a number of times. The recommender has added the mail in his whitlist addresses still this issue persists.
Please help me with these 2 issues. I mailed the Katz team but they are not replying

If you don't hear back from them before the deadline, I suggest you go ahead and pay the application fee. If you have a valid coupon they can refund the fee.
