I agree with Mo2men ,

I would prefer joining emory for its location and for being inline with your goals.

Congratulations for both the admits :)

I would take Kelley and the money-makes more sense. Kelley will give you the same opportunities.

Kelley. The difference is minuscule between the two schools with Kelley being on upswing. And yes, Dean's Fellowship matters a lot. Not only in networking but also in making you stand out in recruitment process.

Thanks for your responses. I really appreciate the input.

I'm still struggling with this decision. I think the financial difference, tuition and fee wise, will be around $40-$50k over two years. But I think in Atlanta, if I strike out recruiting in a major city like NYC, I've still got Atlanta firms as a safety net, where Emory is the strongest school in the region. If I strike out in consulting altogether, I've got the option to do in-semester internships with companies in Atlanta. It just gives me some extra security. If I go to Indiana and strike out in recruiting in NYC or perhaps Chicago, I don't know what my options would be.

Do you guys have any thoughts on this?

Thanks!!

If you are a domestic candidate you don't need a safety net as a Top 20 school MBA student. And, If you are an international candidate you don't have any safety net past top 10-12 schools.
