Hi!
I am 19 y/o Indian (F) , 20 at matriculation.
Under-grad- BBA -9.57/10 from a top 12 university in the country. (top 5% of the cohort)
GMAT- Yet to be taken (targeting 700+, early September)
Work experience- 9 months work ex at family business (6=Coal and coke trading+ 3= Real estate)
1 month internship @ OYO hotels and homes(worlds largest hospitality chain of franchised hotels )
2 month internship NGO , where I headed various initiatives. (Raising funds, planting tress and teaching kids)
Co-Scholastic- Captain of Dance Society College
Participated in various business events and won few of them as well
Head of Business event College fest
If I apply by 2nd round what are my chances to get in for 2021 intake?

I don't think you need to stress much on your academic profile, You do have a competitive profile for Dream Schools.
You should definitely try submitting your application in Round 2.
But, Profile is not the only category of application, you need to work on is your application now -- GMAT, Essay, Personal statements so on stuff.
