Hello all,

I am new here. I have been lurking around for awhile and have found this site to be very helpful. I hope to contribute and to gain some help from this forum.

I'm 23, graduated Oregon State University with a BA in Accountancy in 2008. After college I played golf professionally on various mini-tours across the country. Due to the economic climate and my lack of performance, my funding dried up and sponsors left. While it was a dream come true, I felt it wasn't a career I wanted to pursue long-term.

I plan to pursue either an MBA or a MS in Accounting in the fall of 2010. I have began studying for the GMAT and have most study books recommended by this site. I feel pretty confident about the verbal portion but my math skills in DS are definitely lacking.

Look forward to contributing as much as possible to this great forum.

Hi everyone,
My name is Dmitriy. I from Ukraine, but living in Michigan.
Graduated from Ukraine National Economic University with Masters Degree in Management.
Would like to take GMAT and Score 700+ and to get in to Ross school. May be it looks strange that i am applying only to one school. But i visited this school this year and fall in love from the first sight. I have two friends who are attending this school now. They love it too.
I might also try to apply to a different school as a back up plan. But now sure yet to which one.

Happy scoring to everyone!

Hey,
This is snowingreen ;) well here for some time . but I didnt involve in Problem solving discussions , as I dont want myself exposed to the GMAT prep questions and MGMAT CAT questions , before I take those . I have just completed 4 MGMAT quant books and leaping into the last one .

Background :
Am basically from india and currently in UK for past 18 months .
Mechanical Engineering , but started my career in IT and have 3 + yrs experience. Not sure if this is going to affect me in anyway .

Preparing GMAT in a slow pace and planning to take in December and when I am confident enough.

Cheers ..Good Luck guys..

Hi everyone,

My name is Pat, and I'm a junior (20 years old) at a liberal arts university in the northeast US. I am a history major (non-science/math, rare, I know), and I plan on trying to do a jd/mba program after graduation. I found this page via google, and am officially registered for April 2, 2010.

Hi Everyone.

I'm Kenneth from Singapore. 28 this year and looking to get a MBA to advance my career further.

My brain is so rusty now from years of using a calculator and I guess I'm going to be spending a long long time here getting up to speed again

Hi all

My name is Michelle, I am 32 and am living in Wisconsin for the time being. My husband just got his MBA from U of Wisconsin - Madison Exec Program (he didn't have to even take the GMAT!) His journey has inspired me to get my masters - something I've been saying I was going to do since I graduated high school. Since I don't know what school I want to go to yet - or for that matter if I am going to get my MBA or Masters in Communications/PR, I decided I can't go wrong taking the GMAT. This seems like a super cool club and I am so happy I stumbled upon it via Amazon.
