Thanks for your responses - appreciate you trying to answer them head on. For the "why MBA" question, I'm afraid you'll need to think a bit differently about this. You're response is consistent with just about everyone's when it comes to "why MBA". You have to go several layers deeper. You can pull anyone off the street and they'll be able to tell you that an MBA is used to help someone switch jobs/functions and advance their careers. Why is your path different? And more importantly, how (specifically) do you think your school of choice will help you get there? Is it just going to happen magically, or do you have a specific plan that makes you confident it will help you achieve your goals?

Your achievements are a good start. I encourage you to think about demonstrating your leadership capacity when discussing your achievements as well. Keep in mind that other applicants in your field of work will have similar roles with similar achievements - how do you stand out?

International exposure is great, but there has to be more you want out on MBA? You're only scratching the surface!
