Question

Hi,

I have a question regarding the letters of recommendation.

Since we have to choose 2 recommenders, each recommender will get this two questions or one recommender will get only one question? 
Do I have to send them questions or they will get it on email?

How does the candidate’s performance compare to those of other well-qualified individuals in similar roles (provide specific examples)?
Describe the most important piece of constructive feedback you have given the applicant (detail the circumstances and the applicant’s response).

This is not the correct forum to post this question. Please use ask-admission-consultants-124/?fl=menu for application related questions. Your recommenders will get the list of questions and instructions on how to provide answers for them when they get the email from the school. Make sure to use an official or work email address and not gmail or hotmail or yahoo.

Both interviewers will get both questions and will receive the questions once you submit their professional emails via the online application form. Make sure you prep your interviewer for the process so they understand what is expected an all timelines

Please can you explain how should I prepare them? Scholl will call them on the phone? Or they will have to writte this two recommendation and that is all?

They will not call the recommenders they will just fill out the form online and submit. I like to create what I call a recommender package that includes:
The following elements should be included in your package:
 
Resume
Give your recommender the full picture of your professional background especially if your current job/role is not your only career stop. The resume is also helpful because it includes academic experience and some personal interests in your “Activities” or “Extra-Curricular” section that your recommender may otherwise be unaware of.
 
Reminder of Accomplishments
Highlight the great things you have done while working with your recommender, this reminder will make it easy for them to get specific in the evaluation form.
 
Sample Essays
I would limit this to a Career Goals essay or blurb just so you both are on the same page on your motivations for pursuing a graduate education. Can just be a few sentences or a paragraph highlighting what you plan to work on. Focus this on your development goals and less on your specific career goals.
 
Recommendation Questions
Some schools will have the questions available for candidates for others it will be sent directly to the recommender. Most likely you will be providing an email for the school and they recommender will follow a link sent to them by the program
 
Recommendation Question Deconstruction
Just like essay questions, the recommendation questions are not always as straightforward as one might imagine, help your recommender connect the dots on what admissions is looking for here.
 
Timeline
This might be one of the most important aspects of your package. Remember YOU are applying to school not them. It is in your best interest to make sure they are clear on all dates and deadlines. A missed deadline can equate to you missing a target admissions round. I even like to give recommenders a hard deadline that is in advance of the real one, so even if they miss your self-imposed deadline, which most will, you still are in good shape. All of these are due the same time as the application so schedule accordingly

Hi there - Not to worry, it's a fairly simple process logistically. Once you have access to the application, you'll input your recommenders' email addresses. They will receive an email from the school with a link to complete the forms and/or upload a form (it varies by school). Each recommender will receive all questions asked by the school. I highly recommend that you prepare your recommenders by considering strategically what areas of your application you'd like them to reinforce or address (eg. if you have weaknesses, consider ensuring that your recommenders directly combat / mitigate those in their letters).
