Can't say. My interview was an hour long but wasn't a very friendly one.

Guys. I am applying to LBS MIM in R2 and need advice regarding the Ques about Post Program Goals. I am interested in Finance but also have a startup and really want tp be an entrepreneur. Should I mention finance as first goal and then Startup in Alternate Career goal or the opposite way? Further do you think LBS takes entrepreneurs for MiM or no? Please advice on this

We're in exactly the same boat! :)
what industry is your start up in and how far you are into development would probably be the factors on which way around to put. As for LBS MiM being for entrepreneurs... I mean probably just as much as the MBA imo.

Bud, I am in Ed-tech. It is in the beginning stage only. The operations have started but not flourishing growth. Pls advice if I should put this as my 1st career goal or keep in the alternate ones?

Guys I’m a MIM2022 students and I also had my startup and a full time job during my BA. Even with this similarity, I think that each profile is different, so there is not an unique answer to your question. For this reason I used a consulting firm and I completely owe them my admission, you should do the same.

what industry is your start up? I think dependant on industry you can easily tie it to career goals which relate to the education you get from MiM.



From the advice I gathered from friends and my academic advisor (LBS really likes students from my uni), the career aspect is v important so if you are able to marry the work experience you have/will get to your business idea then that is optimal way to present it to them. if you are planning just to work on your start up after the MiM then I am not sure how you would present that to them. At the same time dont show yourself as being super unfocused like 'oh I'll do this or maybe this.... or maybe this. maybe this industry instead...'. I doubt they'll appreciate that.

I’ve applied in round-2. I was wondering if the interviews are usually scheduled on weekends or can it be any day of the week?
