Hello fellow warriors,
I’m planning to take the GMAT mid-August and looking for an accountability partner. I’ve just started getting serious about prep and it’d be great to have someone to check in with and stay on track.
I study 2 hours on weekdays (between 6–10 PM IST) and more on weekends. Aiming for 710+, focusing on Verbal for now but covering all sections. Using OG, GMAT Club, Manhattan, and maybe Princeton Review soon.
Would love to check in a few times a week, set goals, and maybe solve tough questions together. Flexible on platforms—Discord, Google Meet, whatever works.

Full disclosure: I’ve got a competitive streak. If we’re partners, I’ll push you to hit your targets, and I’m counting on you to keep me in check.

Feel free to reach out if this sounds good!

P.S. It’d be ideal if you’ve just started too and your test date is around mid-August.
Hello, I’m on the same boat starting to prepare to take the exam in August, I already took the exam once and it did not go well. I’m also aiming for a score in the 700s and want to get more serious about my studying. I can study from 6:30am - 8:00am and 6pm - 8pm EST. Let me know if you want to work on it together!

I’ve found GMAT club test’s questions to be harder than OG, official mocks and actual test questions. You shouldn’t rely on GMAT Club tests to get an accurate representation of your real score, use official mocks on mba.com only for that

Hey everyone,

It’s been around 7–8 years since I last studied for an exam like this, and I’m finding it tough to get back into the groove. I recently took a mock test and realized I have a lot of work to do—couldn’t solve most of the questions. I either got lost while reading the long Verbal passages or couldn’t recall even the basic formulas for Quant and Data Insights.

To get back on track, I’ve enrolled in the 4-month e-GMAT course and just started my prep.

I’d love to hear from others:

Have you taken the GMAT (especially the Focus Edition) recently?

What was your experience like the first time you attempted GMAT Exam or started prep?

Did you use any online prep courses or just self-study?

Would really appreciate any tips, motivation, or resources that worked for you!

Thanks in advance!
U can dm me as we’re on the same boat ⛵
