Hi,

My exam is scheduled in 4 days, and now that my preparation is in final leg, I am getting more questions wrong. I scored 760 in GMATPREP mocks and yet, now I am even getting questions wrong in those RCs(I even have to struggle to get the gist of it) which I did smoothly during my preparation. I even felt that I have lost focus on CR questions and I now take more time to identify the flaw in the reasoning.

I have absolutely no idea why this is happening. Can someone please guide.

it seems you are exhausted and mental fatigue has kicked in. so start resting days already.

Hi darshak1,

Since you have scored 760 on GMAT practice exams, you clearly are pretty darn good at the GMAT :). That said, since you have only a few more days before your exam, spend time relaxing and doing some light studying. Getting yourself all worked up will not help.

You have 4 days left so try to gather everything you got and take it easy. You are not in the final leg of preparation - you should be done now, just reviewing and saving energy for the test.

Make sure you get everything in order to take the test. Whatever checklist whatever acronyms sure cuts and traps make sure you have them all handy and fresh. Also make sure you don’t change anything or try anything new on the real test. That’s the worst thing you can do is try to change things up. Your test should be extremely boring with absolutely no changes from your last practice test.
