Hi Everybody,
I just finished a custom practice on the Magoosh with the settings of an actual GMAT exam.
Choose the practice test to be adaptive, All Quant topics, unanswered - questions, timed mode - 75 mins, Number of questions - 37.
Few observations:
Though I choose the test to be adaptive, all the 37 questions (100%) were HARD. None of them from Easy, Medium or Very Hard category.
I got 27/37 (10 incorrect), with errors at (7,8, 14, 17,18, 27, 33, 35, 36, 37). (No time to attempt 35, 36, 37 question. Timed out.
With 10 incorrect and all questions tagged as HARD, Magoosh tags my expected GMAT score to be between 40-44. Is the Magoosh score predictor correct?
Is the real GMAT test as tough as the Magoosh quants and how accurate is the score predictor?

Hi Vijay,
Have you taken any of the CATs available from www.mba.com (the 2 free CATs or the 2 that you can purchase)? Those CATs, when taken correctly, are arguably the most accurate CATs with which to measure your GMAT abilities.
