Yes ...good question....Options contains a mix of Inference and assumption answer choices"
Answer must be A...
think on the lines on Cause and effect....
Cause: All employees of QCD live within 10 miles
Effect: those employees Do not have cars....
option A eliminates an alternative case fr the effect. Do not assume here that if cause is absent than effect must also be absent.
if u see a bigger picture of the argument it says if u live within 10 miles , than u ll nt have a vehicle....So option A presents a support to the cause and effect and must be the correct answer
