Hey bzrorg, My recommenders each submitted their recs as 1 document but I can't imagine submitting individual documents for each question would pose a huge problem. This may create additional files for the adcom to open/manage but I don't think this would be a deal breaker. You can always contact the admissions department if you're really concerned, they are extremely helpful.

jjv2011 is correct, Friday 2/15/13 is the official interview invite day for Round 2 applicants. However, according to last year's thread as well as that of the year before, a decent amount of invites went out a few days after the published date. It seems there is much more deviance away from the round 2 interview invite date than the relatively strict round 1 date. This is probably due to the high application volume in round 2 and how busy the admissions office is this time of year. We will see if this pattern repeats itself this year...
