Hi Prashant,

Congrats on the good work so far - and thanks for your service as well!

You have a great profile. Your GRE might hold you back a little (I believe it will benchmark to around 680 on the GMAT). If you can take the GRE again, or take the GMAT and get on to the authorised of 700, you will do well. Like the others have mentioned, some of the schools might be a stretch - but you should apply regardless.

September 2012 - March 2014 - IT Infrastructure Services Cognizant Technology Solutions for AstraZeneca, a Healthcare Client in the UK. Worked in a team of 11 people comprising of 5 different nationalities. Gained the fastest promotion to a 'Senior Analyst' in 6 months. Orator for CTS and conducted Management Sessions for the mid and senior staff. Nominated for the 'Best New Employee'.

March 2014 - June 2014 - Tata Motors, CSR. Designed a scholarship scheme for the backward tribes in the state of Jharkhand, India. Efficiency improved from 32% to 91%. The scholarship schemes currently is one of the most profitable Tata Ventures for the development of the backward tribes in that particular region.

June 2014 - June 2015 - Teach For India Fellowship. Selected among the top 7% of the change makers of the country striving towards eradicating educational inequity in the country and bridging the education gap.

EXTRA-CURRICULARS

Worked at The Spastic Society of India as an Active volunteer and educated a set of 23 specially-abled ( ADHD, cerebral palsy etc ) kids at Computers. Half of them cleared their 10th grade examinations under my supervision. This was alongside my work at Cognizant. I used to go there everyday.

Juvenile Centre Pune - Volunteer. I currently work with the jail authorities in Pune to ensure the free work flow of the system there. Also, I engage with the inmates at the juvenile centre and play a role in transforming them.

Vice President - Talent Management, AIESEC Chennai, India. Held the role of a VP for AIESEC ( The world's largest student run organisation ) which focussed on providing international internships to college graduates. Raised over 2.5 million INR and sent over 120 students on International Internships.
