Hi All
I am 37 years from India and now (rather late in my professional life) looking to pursue an International MBA (have an MBA already from India), but I have hit a wall so to speak in my career. And thus, before I start preparing for GMAT I thought I would ask the experts here, and my query is pretty simple ( also I am not looking for Exec MBA as the need for MBA is fuelled by a desire to pursue a career outside of India, and the startup I am working for is COVID impacted so no scope of them funding this

I am looking at 1 year programs in Europe (INSEAD, IMD and HEC)- Do they consider aspirants my age? Are the job prospects (while COVID will play a part for sure here) in line with my aspiration state above, hence which B school to target and whether this entire thing does make sense or not.

Most of European and UK schools accept 6-8 average work experience. Also, you have to be very specific in B schools shortlisting inclining to your requirements.
However, the B Schools mentioned above have class age range between 24 - 40 years. Since you have already had an MBA from India you will be considered as a serious candidate.
We recommend having good GMAT for your target schools to overcome a competitive edge within similar profiles like you.

ankseth1, your concerns are not misplaced. MBA after 30 is tricky.
IMD could be a slightly better fit as they have a more senior cohort and we've also seen them more open for second MBA grads than many other schools.
Depending on your experience range, you may also want to evaluate the LBS Sloan Fellows program.
Another option could be, if you are open to learning the language, German schools such as Mannehim and ESMT that regularly take candidate in the 35 and above range.
Beyond those, while there are always exceptions, but you are likely to find yourself in thin company. Not impossible, but important to know the perspectives both in terms of how you'll convince the school and whether it also makes sense for your personally.
