Hello vanam52923

Schools that have a January intake will be open for you to apply in Round 1 (for Jan 2020 intake).
Schools such as HEC/INSEAD in Europe have this intake. Some top schools in Canada have a Jan intake too.
Otherwise you may consider applying in R1 next year, as January to Aug/Sep (the months where most deadlines fall) is not as far from Jan as it looks, since you will anyway need a few months' work on the applications to produce a strong one.

Yes, there will be quite a few options with February deadlines.

A good way is to generally send an email to adcom of target schools and to ask them about whether they are still accepting candidates with your score, nationality, background. While most answers may not suggest much, the clear positive and negative replies, however few, will give you a direction.

All the best.
