HI,
I am currently working as field Engineer . I had my B-Tech from NIT in Mechanical and also work experience of seven years in State Govt. .Now i need to upgard my qualification and MBA is the only option .So i need to know which course a opt for and whether operations management course would be a better option and from which university through GMAT.Your comments and suggestions are welcome.

I don't quite agree to this statement. There are tons of career options in front of you. Operations Management is just one of them.
To answer your query, I can only think of SP Jain and ISB. These are two good programs and both will give you an option to make a career in operations. Though ISB would be more like general management/operation..In SP jain you can specialise in operations.
