What are the options for 1 year full time MBA for candidates 10+yrs of work exp?
Also if GMAT range is 670-690, will improving score to 700+ help boost such chances?

Most of European MBAs are of one year and some in US too.

Kellogg, Insead, MIT Sloan, SC Johnson offers one year comprehensive MBA programs which can be used for career/geography/function change or all of them combined.
Most of the European programs are one year only so that should fulfill the requirement.

If you are willing to continue in the same industry only post your MBA, executive MBA can also be a good choice where you can continue to work and also earn an MBA in parallel.
Ensure to research well before aiming for a program because a right fitment is as much important for the college as it is for you to get the best value out of your investment.

I agree with the above advice, just to answer your question about the GMAT, the higher your score is above the avg at your target schools the better off you will be. So shoot for the stars!
