I am planning to apply for MBA full-time program in the coming cycle.
Brief Information about me
12 years of experience in IT Consulting in the Digital Transformation space, handled Delivery, Solutioning, and Consulting Roles
GMAT -750
B.E. from Tier I top 10 India Engineering College in India
Post-MBA
Role in Consulting or Digital Strategy /Leadership roles
I want guidance to determine what all schools are a good fit based on my profile and Post MBA goals.
Looking for schools in the US, Europe, and Canada.

Thank you for sharing your profile. You are older than the usual applicants with a huge 12 years of experience for a full-time MBA. I believe that as an older candidate, you have both advantages and disadvantages, and it is up to you to capitalize on them. On the work, you'll need to bring leadership and impact from your 12 years of experience. You have an excellent GMAT score. In addition, your post-MBA goals are very aligned with your prior experience. However, because you are an older applicant, you must be clear about your post-MBA goals, which is what AdComs expect from you; just bring out the proper motives for these goals to create a compelling narrative.
As you want to pursue full-time MBA programs, then Insead can be a good choice in Europe. 29% of the total INSEAD students are older than 31 and just 7% below 26. Other schools like HEC and IMD may also make sense to you. I would like to know more about your work experience to gauge your fit. You will need to tailor your apps accordingly. So, on an overall note, I would say it all boils down to how you present your story. Also, I would suggest keeping some target and safety schools as well in your list.
