I echo the sentiments above by Vibranture, your work experience certainly will factor into the overall assessment but it is difficult to project how much given that schools will evaluate the impact of your years of work experience to settle on a value. You will also find that many people with similar experience will have higher GMAT scores so your experience will be factored in but the GMAT is a measure of aptitude so it will be evaluated as such. Generally applicants with your experience will apply to EMBA who will put more emphasis on your work experience and less on your GMAT, which is also true to an extent in FTMBAs
