Congrats on the GMAT improvement per your stats! 710 with a 49 Quant is a strong score. Given the competitive pool of applicants, I think your current stats will make the very top schools (top 10ish in the US) really tough though. I would aim in the 11-20 range in the US and mix in a few international schools as well (e.g., LBS, NUS, etc.). NYU is possible, though they have quite a high average GMAT, so I would give it a shot but have some safer schools on your list too. What are your post-MBA goals? What other factors are important to you in a school? Hard to advise on specifics without knowing that. I also don't have a lot of info on your background but it sounds strong. Any promotions in your 3+ years? Strong leadership experience? Any international client exposure? Those are things you'll want to highlight.

Professional experience: 3+ years with a top notch US based Consulting - India offices.(top rated employee).
GMAT - 710 Q49 V38
Academic experience - UG degree in Information science and engineering with a 7.3\10 CGPA
Extra-curricular : Been part of NGO core team which deals with educating children.
I am looking for top B school in US but i am open to other places as well (London\Singapore or any global hubs) - I have NYU in my mind as of now but considering it might be too competitive a pool just wanted your honest opinion on some other schools i can target.
