Dear Rebeca,

Could you please clarify whether the latest version of GMAT Prep contains new questions?
Unfortunately i have tried all my attempts with the previous GMAT Prep version

Hello, Ziko. The updated GMATPrep does not contain new practice questions. You can get additional questions by purchasing the GMATPrep Question pack, which is a supplement to GMATPrep and contains more practice questions: https://www.mba.com/store/product-info.a ... ID=80.0027 We will have an additional supplement pack available in September. Good luck!

Dear Rebeca,

Last time you have mentioned that new gmat prep with new questions will be available in September. I have two questions:
1) I have tried both practice tests several times in the old pack, does it mean that with new pack (released in Sept) i will not have repeated questions?
2) Could you please advice the exact dates when the new pack will be released in September?

Thank you in advance!

Thanks for the questions. First, I want to clarify the difference between the GMATPrep update of earlier this year, and the new pack released this fall. The update in GMATPrep was only to update the software, and there are no new questions added. The new pack is a separate product, and will not contain any questions already available in any other GMAT products. We have not determined a precise release date yet. Thank you.

My gmat software seems to be acting up. Whenever I filter out easy problem solving problems to work on. It just pulls up DS problems

Already reinstalled

Can somebody please post a solution to the problem of software not getting installed completely (stuck at 'first time initialization in progress, please wait' for last 1 hour).

I was facing error #3012, and now while trying to re-install the software I am facing a different issue (GMATPrep not getting installed).

I had the same problem, and here's what I did to solve it:

While the installation process is stuck at whatever stage, select the newly added start menu entry for GMATPrep. Do this WHILE the stalled installation screen is active, not after you've ended the process. All you have to do is click on the start menu icon for GMATPrep, and the installation process completes itself.

Bummer - sorry to hear about that. Is this the NEXT button you talking about?
Have you tried clicking in that space or is it simply cut off due to screen resolution?

Hi bb,

Yes . I am unable to see the actual functional button in the rightmost corner as pointed in the attachment. What should be done for this problem ?

Good question. I don't know since i am not sure what the cause is and it has been pretty reliable. Also, you can contact their support, but it is off on the weekends I believe.

Is your resolution too low and your screen is cut off?
If yes, then find a way to increase the resolution or hook up an external monitor

If No, try rebooting

If does not help, reinstall the software

If does not help, try reinstalling Java - I think it requires Java

Finally... find another computer I guess if nothing helps :(

Hello ,

I have same problem , where NEXT Button was not seen . but found a solution finally ... :-D

Here is what you have to do:
1) Go to Display Settings (Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Display )
2)Change the size of all items from large to smaller (apply and save)
3)Restart your PC.

Now launch GMAT Prep , you will be able to see GMAT Prep screen completely.
In case if the size of GMAT Prep Screen is too small , just adjust the resolution according to our comfort.

I hope this will definitely help you.

I wish they would remake the selection process of reading comprehension questions from actual questions to passages. Would make life much simpler for us. E.g. I'd like to take 15 SC questions, 12 CR questions and 4 RC passages (with associated RC questions ranging from 3-5 per passage).
