Overall, I don't see any real holes in your application. Love the fact tha you're getting/staying involved outside of your day-to-day job, and the fact that you've taken additional college courses.
Military applicants hear about leadership all the time, but don't be shy about emphasizing your leadership experiences. The flip side for you will be to also show that you "get" business and that you have clear goals and reasons for wanting to pursue them (e.g., going into management consulting). Also, be sure to have specific reasons why you're interested in each of those programs.
Assuming your recos are strong, I think you'll have a good shot at at least one of those schools.
