Well, procrastination won’t help and you know it so that means you are aware. Next, you need to find the reason for inconsistency. One thing can be done is doing fewer concepts and questions and setting small goals so that you can complete it and also its important to be realistic. If you can’t solve too many questions in a day, its fine rather than being inconsistent. Also, keep rewarding yourself after completing those goals because its important. One thing that also helps is accountability partner - a friend who you can tell that you set a goal 5 questions from each section (just an example) and at the end of the day you tell them if you did it or not and if not then what was the reason. Hope it helps!

Remind why you are doing it, and inertia is only until you start, say to yourself you'll study for an hour, you'll likely continue

This anxiety is because you believe that you are not good at math. Also, you think you have learnt the concept but still you are unable to figure out how to use the values or even where to start when looking at a problem. It happens in the beginning so no need to worry and GMAT is more about logic than math so you need to build your logic. When you come across a question, try to solve it and take as much as time you need(think of every possible way you can solve it even it takes half an hour). The point in the beginning is not to get most questions right. Be patient with your self and keep going. All the best for the prep.

Hey guy, Do you need an external camera for the GMAT Online exam that continuously shows the whiteboard and desk during the entire exam, or is the normal MacBook Pro camera enough?

From what I understood online, you only need to briefly show your desk and whiteboard at the beginning. I couldn’t find anything clearly stating that both must remain visible on camera during the whole exam.

Or do you actually need to buy an extra external webcam for that?

Hi, I took the GMAT focus online about half a year ago. In my case the supervisor was very thorough reviewing my test environment: I had to pick up my laptop and show every corner of my room, she asked me to cover my shelves, get rid of a mirror, some nearby cables, etc. She even asked me to show the space behind my desk! I was very nervous because it took about 30 minutes for her to give the green light. After that I could take the exam normally with my laptop’s webcam, didn’t have to show my whiteboard for the entire test, only at the beginning, at the break, and at the end -- you are going to be asked to pick up your board and show the front and obverse of it directly to the camera. Hope this info helps you!

Hi all, can someone answer this question please. In the official guide we have a scratch code where we redeem in mba.com website and the questions appear under question banks section. Are they exactly the same questions which are in the book or are they different? I solved from the book long ago and now when I check online question bank, questions seem familiar.

Hi, for Quant and Verbal, the questions are mostly the same, except for a small number of "online exclusive" questions.

But for DI, Graphs and Table and MSR questions are only available in online question banks, not in the books, as these question types require interactive feature online.

Guys, I just got a 755 in my offical mock 2 on gmat site.
Q89 V87 DI86

I have been scoring so mid in Gmatclub mocks (especially DI felt much easier!) and this was a score above my expectation.
Want to know how accurate are these scores on offical site?

PS: I took 2nd attempt of mock 2 on portal (i think we can take 2 times each test on portal. I did not see any repeat)

Official mocks are the closest. How much did you score previously?

Just curious, Are you from tier 1 college
