Hi, we recommend starting with 80% accuracy on easy level questions when you are going through the foundations but if you find it super easy you can add in med level difficulty too. It’s advised to work on hard difficulty once you are done with all your concepts so you don’t overwhelm yourself during the learning phase. We have shared some structure in later weeks on how to add hard difficulty practice in your later prep sessions.

Actually I am done with foundations my main issue is finding the time optimized approach to solve questions my accuracy is 90%+ my issues are with careless mistakes due to time constraints

That's a good place to be in - careless mistakes take the longest to root out or at least they did for me and require a different approach from how to learn material.
You will need to slow down significantly in your practice and pick out every single careless mistake you make and then devise a plan how not to make them. This is a highly personal plan but to give you some ideas - e.g. pause before you solve every question in quant, recognize when you are most likely to make mistakes and double-check your calculations, re-read the question if that helps, etc.
In my experience, the careless mistakes require a mental checklist that you keep in addition to any other material. This will slow you down but it will make it more accurate and it is critical to know yourself and to know when you are likely to slip up so that you can anticipate it and put measures in place to avoid it.
