Hello,
Please find below the response from APAC GMAT Customer Service Team. My query was around the usage of ID cards apart from Passport and whether the proctor will be aware of the same.

My GMAT profile has the given name as NIWEDHEETHAA and the last name as M. I had filled this up wrt to the details present in my Driving License. Last week, I visited the test center to check the environment and that is when I got to know that passport would only be accepted. However, my passport has NIWEDHEETHAA as the given name and MURALIDHARAN(abbreviation of M in my license) as the last name.
Raised a ticket with GMAC a week ago, but they have really poor customer service, and my update has been postponed to tomorrow, for the second time. My exam is on Tuesday.
Would I be allowed to take the exam even if the update doesn't happen on time?
Can someone help me out on this, please? :/

Hi Niwee,
Most test centers won't allow you to take the test. I suggest that you check whether your mba.com profile has been updated, and call Pearson up and tell them that this is urgent.
