here we need the superlative form in A(most) instead of comparative form as in B(more), since we are comparing GB economy with all other economies.

Of all the economies of Europe, Great Britain's economy is the most strongly affected by the recession.
The sentence is correct as is. Option A is very precise and conveys the meaning to the point. We are talking about the economies and we need economy after the phrase "of all the economies of Europe" as we are comparing economies.
A. Great Britain's economy is the most strongly affected by the recession
Correct.
B. the economy of Great Britain is the more strongly affected than any of the others by the recession
This option is grammatically incorrect and wordy enough to be eliminated.
C. Great Britain's economy stands out for being the most affected by the recession
"stands out for being" can easily be replaced by "is". Wordy, eliminate.
D. Great Britain has the most strongly affected economy by the recession
Improper comparison. Phrase "of all the economy in Europe" is comparing economies. Here the comparison is between economies and GB. Eliminate.
E. Great Britain's is the most strongly affected economy
