congratulations abhay!
on the admissions page https://www.jbs.cam.ac.uk/mba/apply/sending.html they mention that they are hosting interviews in the "far east". Also in the past they have hosted interviews in India. If you are from that part of the world, it could work out for u. But i think JBS places emphasis on interviewing on campus!
btw, when did you get your invite?

It's true that they prefer that you visit campus, but I heard of at least one admit after the phone interview this year.

Far east option is somewhere in china ( not beijing or shanghai) but somewhere else I cannot recall the name. I will try to combine oxford and cambridge interview in one trip .
