Hi, I would like to share my interview experience - a bit late, but maybe still useful for the R3 folks.
I choose to go to Oxford for the interview and I combined my interview with an Open Day event. The Open Day registration started at 10:00 and until 10:30 I mingled with prospetive students and other interview candidates (easily to recognise, we the guys with suit & tie!

). The Admission team started with a general presentation about the admission process for the first 3/4 h and then Stephen Chambers, director of MBA program, started an in-depth presentation of the MBA programme ...
... which unfortunately I could attend only for 5 minutes, as my interview was scheduled for 11:30. The interview was conducted by an associate fellow and career sector consultant in corporate finance & strategic planning - my interest areas post-MBA. She was very kind and friendly (I remember that my chair was directly into the light and she insisted that I should change position to feel more comfortable), started by appreciating my analysis from essay no.2 and then followed with the typical questions: why an MBA? why now and not earlier? why Oxford?. Then she asked what my team mates would think that are my strengths & weaknesses and to give an example of leadership situation. Another question was what would be the most challenging part for me during the MBA? After that, she asked if I had some questions for her - I questioned about the '09 recruitment statistics.
After 30' sharp, the interview ended and I returned to the Open Day event, which continued with the students panel, a lunch with students, a lecture in Economics and a final presentation by Derek Walker, director of careers.
An interesting part was that in the afternoon I met with a folk who apparently had an interview later in the day with the same lady, but he said in his case she was very direct and unfriendly.
If would like more details about each part, please ask.
