enixliu You misread what I wrote. It still says Submitted. It has NOT changed to under review.

I guess it will say under review when they open your file.

BTW, what program did you apply to? 1yr or 2 year MBA?

I submitted December 30 and the portal has said ‘Under Review’ since roughly the 2nd (I don’t remember exactly when it switched from ‘submitted’).

A little confused by the timeline. Are interview invitations release by March 15th or on March 15th? For all the other rounds it seems like interview invitations are sent a month after the application deadline, so I'm confused about the three-months wait time.

Just received email invitation to interview and attend a LEAD event (Leadership Exploration and Assessment Day) in February. Portal still indicates "Under Review;" I'll edit this post if that changes.

Hi,

The status of my application said the same "schedule interview" after i got my interview invite. And it stayed that way until I finished my interview. Post my interview it went to "under review

How long does it normally take after you finish the interview to the final result?
Some schools can give the answer in like a few days - 1 week.
But i guess that s not the case for cornell?

I don't think you have to wait for an email - You can go ahead and schedule an interview

Hi all

I had applied to Cornell Johnson two year MBA program on Jan 3rd. The status is still under review. Just had one query - if the status is under review, does that mean that the adcom has not yet seen my application or is there chance that they have viewed my application, but decided not to send an invite for interview. If they have viewed my application and decided not to invite for interview, when would they send the final decision of rejection/ waitlist. Earlier round applicants - request you to throw some light on the process followed.

You will actually get an email with link to schedule. But when my status on portal changed to schedule interview, I didn't get the email. So I called adcom and they sent me the email. But I did wait for an email for 24 hrs after the portal update before I called them.

So my suggestion, wait for 24hrs and if still no email - call them. They are very approachable, don't hesitate.
