Is there a difference between scheduling an interview and attending LEAD? Does everyone attend LEAD?

I'm not sure about the phrasing of the first question but I can answer a little about LEAD. It's a two day event that only a select few get invited to each round. It's usually top 25-35 prospective applicants who are eligible for their full-tuition Park Fellowship and other available scholarships. While there, you network and interact with the other applicants, current students, and faculty and staff. The first day is more relaxed with a social event and dinner. While the second day is where you have to bring your A-game. They will evaluate you based on team exercises and the case study among other things. It's fun and I advise that if you do get the invitation to attend and do your interview there because you'll have more to talk about and see if the program is the right fit for you.

My application now says "under review." How long should i expect before i hear anything?

My application was 'under review' for a little over two weeks. But I don't think there is any set guideline that would apply to all cases. Hope this helps. Posted from my mobile device
